Supporting local communities across the UK with their 3,000 services including dementia cafes, Singing for the Brain sessions and access to support workers, advisers and volunteers, they strive to help affected people continue their lives in the face of the illness.
Last year, this incredible charity raised £97.9 million to help inspire change and advance research but more is needed to make sure they can be there for every person affected by dementia in the UK.
